Jatin has over 30 years of professional experience working with and assisting SME business owners in their financial, taxation and business growth strategies. As a qualified Chartered Accountant and family man himself, he has the ability to understand unique challenges of family owned businesses.

Jatin is a founder, supporter & organizer of the Light for Life Charity dinner which has raised over $550,000 since 2016 for various New Zealand charities. In addition to this, Jatin actively sits on the Boards of Totara Hospice, Kidney Society Board and sponsors patient education initiatives for Neuroendocrine Cancer New Zealand. Nirang joined JP & Associates in April 2016 after working for a city based mid-tier accounting firm for eight years.

He is a Chartered Accountant, CPA and has also completed Master of Taxation Studies from University of Auckland.

Nirang has over thirty years’ experience in commercial as well as chartered accountancy and business advisory services.

He undertakes day to day practice management activities including general administration, compliance work for a wide range of clients, attending to their specific accounting and taxation requirements and AML. His focus is on tax planning, accounting procedures, trouble shooting, systems review and applications.

Out of the office Nirang enjoys travelling, hiking, cycling, and spending time with family.

Simon has been in the accounting profession for over 40 years and has extensive experience specialising in small to medium sized enterprises across most business and not for profit sectors. He has a personal mission to ensure his clients achieve maximum success from their business ventures and from the start maintains a good working relationship.

Over the past 25 years Simon has being very involved with the NZ Child Cancer Foundation where he was a Board member for over 15 Years and Chairman or a six year term. He has also been a Board member of Canteen and the Auckland Ronald Mc Donald Accommodation Trust.

Internationally Simon was a Board member of Child Cancer International for over 10 years and the International Chair for a 4 year term.

In 2007, Simon established the World Child Cancer Charitable Trust which he currently chairs and whose mission is to help Childhood Cancer in the Pacific and other developing countries.

In recognition of his services to Childhood Cancer, Simon was awarded a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2013 in addition to being a Life Member of the New Child Cancer Foundation and Child Cancer International. Outside of work and charity involvement, Simon has a keen interest in sports and travel and enjoys spending quality family time with his wife Sue and daughters Wanita and Tess.

Kamini handles the company administration at JP & Associates. She has 10+ years of experience in this area and helps in Filing of GST and Tax returns to IRD. She also looks after the Invoicing and Debtor management.

When not at work she loves cooking and is passionate about preparing different cuisines from all over the world.

Paul is a qualified accountant with over 30 years accounting experience that includes being a Financial Controller for a New Zealand import company. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business from Open Polytechnic in 2005 and is currently an Executive on two Charitable Boards. Paul is happily married to Bronwyn for the last 34 years and has three children and a cat that thinks it’s a dog. He is friendly and happy to help out on any Income Tax issues, including Charities and Governance.  
 
His hobbies include reading classic novels, gardening, and hiking.

Jenny is a qualified chartered accountant with a wealth of Senior Accountant roles. 

Her experience spans various industries, including property investment, insurance brokers, childcare, legal, and manufacturing.

She has been involved with a number of high-profile companies doing strategic work efficiently & effectively, achieving outcomes with significant client satisfaction.

She likes to focus on providing effective and efficient services, fit-for-purpose reporting and solutions, and experience working with rapidly growing businesses.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing squash with friends and dining out with family and friends.

Gitav is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive accounting experience completing range of tasks including preparation of GST returns, Management Reports, Cash Flows, Annual financial statements & Income tax returns. He has extended his knowledge in commercial financial accounting while working in multinational company in Australia. He is passionate about what he does and aims to deliver high-quality work and add value for our clients and teams.

Outside of work, Gitav loves to socialise, playing & watching sports, and listening to music.

Kashish joined JP & Associates in Sep 2018. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also has a degree in Bachelors of Accountancy (BAcc). He is very passionate about learning new things and loves providing timely and practical solutions to his clients regarding their businesses and taxation issues. Always thinks outside the box when hunting for optimum solutions.

Kashish has 5 years of experience in business advisory and taxation services. He’s also proficient in troubleshooting accounting software issues and is an asset to his team.

Apart from his busy life, Kashish spends quality time with his mates, loves to travel, listens to music, watches movies, loves extreme sports, big time soccer fan – follower & player.

Mark joined JP & Associates team after working for a well-established accounting firm for 8 years. He is a Chartered Accountant and also has a Bachelors of Business degree majoring in Accounting from Auckland University of Technology.

Besides Accounting he is passionate about Information Technology. He enjoys working on variety of software programmes that provides management information and analysis.

Mark is a valued member of the JP & Associates team. Mark is married and has two boys. In his spare time, he loves listening to music, spending time with his family as well as biking and jogging.
